Where do you get your ideas from?

We like to follow the current trends, but we mainly take inspiration from our customers and their feedback as well as thinking about what we want as busy [and tired] parents ourselves.

How do you source your materials?

Wherever possible we use UK suppliers and we’re working closely with a great UK supplier right now. We also look to source organic cotton wherever we can, although that’s not currently possible for all of our range we expect to keep expanding the items you can buy that are made from organic cotton.

How long will they last?

Our aim is for your kids to grow out of the clothing before they are able to wear it out. We know this happens a lot as many of our items are resold or regifted, something we love to see happen.

What made you think of the “Tired Mums’ Club”?

It was actually Scott that came up with this idea as he could see that Aimee was a tired mum!

How long is delivery?

We aim to get all orders to you within 10-12 working days (based on postage in the UK). If we can do it quicker we will, but during the busy periods please make sure you order in enough time to allow for the order to take 10-12 working days (so excluding weekends) to reach you. We also offer Express delivery (3-5 working days) for £6. Orders placed by midday will be dispatched the same day, orders placed after midday will be dispatched the following working day

Where do you deliver?

We deliver globally and are seeing more and more orders from all over the world, especially the US and Australia. Please note that delivery may take a little longer outside of the UK as postage times can vary.

Do you offer discounts?

f you’re about to make your first order, then we offer you a 15% discount as our way of saying thank you. We regularly run other sales and have items discounted – keep your eyes peeled for them.

Can I return things if they’re not right?

Please do, we want your order to be perfect. We provide a return address with each delivery, so please use that to return your item to us is you’re not satisfied with it. We’re sorry, but we can’t accept returns for personalized items, unless they are faulty in some way.

Do your sizes come up large or small?

We are often asked this – and of course it depends what you are comparing us to. Please do use our size guides to check your size.
